Items
These Terms govern your use of the site and your purchase of available products. By placing an order, the customer accepts these conditions in full.

Products
TCG Vault sells single trading cards and sealed (“sealed”) products.
The condition of the cards is indicated in the product description. Any slight imperfections compatible with the indicated gradation do not constitute discrepancies. Images are for illustrative purposes unless otherwise noted.
Sealed products are sold in their original factory condition. TCG Vault is not responsible for the random contents of sealed products (e.g. distribution of rare cards), as these are items determined by the manufacturer. Once opened or tampered with, sealed products cannot be returned unless defects are found upon delivery.

Prices
All prices are in Euros. The seller operates on a flat-rate basis in accordance with current legislation; the prices indicated do not include VAT on the invoice. The price applied will be the one visible at the time of ordering.

Orders and payments
The order is deemed to have been concluded at the time of confirmation of payment. TCG Vault reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious error in the price, unavailability of the product or incomplete data provided by the customer. In such cases, full reimbursement will be made.

Shipping
Shipments are made to the address indicated by the customer. Single cards are protected with sleeve and hard toploader and shipped in padded envelope to ensure their integrity. Any delays attributable to the courier are not under the seller's control.

Right of return
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery within the limits provided by current legislation and as indicated on the page “Return and Refund Policy”. For single cards, withdrawal is accepted only in the case of an item that differs from the description. For sealed products, withdrawal is only possible if unopened and in original condition.

Limitation of liability
TCG Vault is not responsible for misuse of purchased products, post-delivery alterations, delays caused by third parties, or force majeure events. Liability is in any case limited to the value of the order placed.

Intellectual property
All content on the site is owned by TCG Vault or used under license. TCG Vault® is a Trust brand of Sicue Victor Constantin. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Applicable law
These Terms are governed by European law.
