Return and Refund Policy
Right of Return
The customer has the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.
Conditions for return
The return is accepted only in the following cases:

Article that is different from the description or incorrect

Item damaged during transport

Sealed product (“sealed”) unopened and in original condition
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Single cards conforming to the description and condition indicated

Sealed products opened

Items damaged after delivery for misuse
How to request a return
To initiate a return request, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at the email address:

Reason for the request

Any supporting photos (if available)
Requests will be evaluated prior to return authorization.
Refund
Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of approval.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in cases of incorrect or defective item.
